Chad Champion is a Vice President for the Financial Services Group at Management Advisors International and is based out of Charlotte, NC. Chad joined Management Advisors International in January 2005. He focuses primarily on senior level compliance, legal, and finance assignments in the financial services industry. He has successfully completed placements for Chief Compliance Officers, Assistant General Counsels, Investment Advisor Compliance Directors, a Director of Alternative Investments, an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Audit Director, and many other financial services professionals. Chad spent over 12 years in the securities industry before starting his recruiting career. Prior to starting with Management Advisors International, he served as Vice President & Senior Compliance Officer for Wachovia Securities. Prior to Wachovia, he played a primary role in a start-up broker/dealer, NBC Securities, Inc., Birmingham, Alabama, serving the firm's Compliance Director. Prior to NBC, he served as a Regulatory Reporting Officer for Sterne, Agee & Leech.

Paul Hindman is a Senior Vice President for the Mortgage Industry at Management Advisors International and is based out of the Hickory, NC office. Paul joined Management Advisors International, Inc. in May 2006 focusing on the mortgage industry. He spent the previous 20 years in finance and accounting management including several nationwide mortgage corporations. Paul began his career in mortgage banking with First Union (formerly Signet Bank). Following a number of years as Assistant Vice President/Senior Financial Analyst in consumer lending finance supporting retail mortgage, credit card, installment and student lending, he accepted the position of Vice President/Finance Managemer for nationwide mortgage production with First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation. After a short stint with Citigroup (purchaser of First Nationwide in 2002), Paul spent some time as a financial consultant to JPMorgan Chase for their consumer direct mortgage division before accepting a position with Aurora Loan Services, a Lehman Brothers Company, as Vice President/Manager Mortgage Planning and Analysis. At Aurora, Paul's group supported both the production and servicing sides of the business. Paul brings to Management Advisors International his extensive experience and widespread contacts in the mortgage industry, along with his innovative, entrepreneurial style and an enthusiastic passion for everything he does.

Rex Huston is a Senior Vice President for the Real Estate Finance Group at Management Advisors International and is based out of the Fort Mill, SC office. Rex has worked in Real Estate Finance for over 35 years. Initially in underwriting and operations for the last 15 years he worked as a Risk Manager for one of the industries largest lenders. He was a pioneer in developing Credit Scoring and Underwriting Automation for the Mortgage Industry. With his vast knowledge and diverse background Rex can help with a wide range of your staffing needs. Rex focuses on all aspects of Risk Management. He can provide invaluable support to assist in fulfilling your staffing needs, because of his past experience and knowledge of many Risk Managemenet functions. He also provides staffing support for all areas of Underwriting, Operations and Sales.

Wayne Lucius is a Senior Vice President for the Real Estate Finance Group at Management Advisors International and is based out of the Dunwoody, GA office. Wayne has spent over 30 years of executive management in sales, marketing, underwriting and operations in the real estate services industry. Wayne started his career in 1971 where he spent 5 years in Architecture, then 5 years in Construction and Commercial Lending. After which, he had a 17 year career as a Senior Officer in the Mortgage Insurance Industry and a 5 year career in Title and other Settlement Services. As Senior Vice President with Management Advisors International, Wayne concentrates his efforts on recruiting top caliber managers and executives nationally for national clients.

Jackie Polino is an Account Executive for the Real Estate Finance Group at Management Advisors International and is based out of Florida. Jackie brings to Management Advisors an extensive background in sales and customer service. This experience includes Retail and Customer Management. She worked in the Athletic Industry and Restaurant Management. She feels that the challenges of recruiting are similar to her experience in terms of the value of preparation, customer service, follow up and competition. Jackie attended the University of Florida as a Social Science major. She has also proven to be a quick study. Since joining Management Advisors, she has participated in Recruiting and Placements for such Clients as Fannie Mae, Fidelity, and the State of California. She has developed Candidates for such diverse job assignments as Modeling, Production, and Operations.
